At Stockdale & Associates we believe that specialization, expertise and diversity are key ingredients in being able to provide our clients with the highest level of quality and service. As such, our Team is comprised from a wide range of business-oriented, cultural and management backgrounds.
Each of us has between 10 – 30 years of experience in their field and the unique attribute of also being certified Master Practitioners of Neuro linguistic Programming (NLP). Our passion for constantly learning and undertaking new challenges is what drives us to enable our clients in pursuing and achieving excellence.
Partners
John Stockdale
An accomplished professional coach, trainer and public speaker, John has spent the last 18 years developing his passion for motivating people and organizations in transforming their perceptions about creating change and achieving success. As a businessman and entrepreneur, he is currently the Managing Partner at ‘Stockdale & Associates’ and focusses most of his time on coaching and training senior and top-line executives in Executive Leadership, Peak Performance Achievement, and Professional Public Speaking.
Having lived in various countries across North America, Europe, and the Caribbean, John has had the privilege to work with individuals from variety of cultural backgrounds, enabling him to coach and train executives from more than 30 nationalities in 11 different countries. One of the most recognizable aspects of his immersive style is the combination of humor and simplicity in adopting a success mindset in dealing with adversity and change.
By enabling his clients to better understand how the mind actually works, they are able to adopt a more holistic and sustainable approach in breaking down challenges and achieving success. Consequently, his energy and drive have led him to work with leading professionals in business and sports, as well as some of the world’s most prominent multinational organizations, such as: The Coca Cola Company, Microsoft, Kraft Foods, and Beiersdorf .
John has a B.Sc in Political Science from Concordia University and is a Certified Trainer & Master Coach Trainer of NLP / Certified Master Trainer of Time Line Therapy™ & Creating Your Future© Coaching Process / Certified Instructor of Hypnotherapy and a Certified Practitioner of HBDI®.
Associates
Alex Nikolopoulos
Prior to transitioning to coaching and consulting, Alex spent 15-years working as a senior executive for multinational organizations by driving operations, growing revenues and creating business development strategies in more than 35 countries. In this capacity he has held a variety of senior management positions in the heavy industry and technology sectors, where he has led, coached, and developed multicultural teams to achieve success by maximizing their performance in highly competitive and complex environments. As such, he understands the unique challenges that organizations face in developing high performance individuals and effective leadership teams.
Alex started working with Stockdale & Associates in 2003 as a part-time external associate and joined the company on a full-time basis in 2017, when he decided to shift his profession to concentrate exclusively on coaching and management consulting. As a senior consultant and NLP master coach, he focuses on developing agile leaders and their teams by implementing solutions that enables them to meet, and exceed, their objectives in challenging environments.
His coaching approach is based on infusing effective leadership and communications strategies and facilitating executives to eliminate limiting beliefs, adopt a work-smart-not-hard mindset, and analyzing challenges from new perspectives. This approach has led him to coach and consult executives in companies such as AbbVie, Beiersdorf, Nomikos AM and Piraeus Bank to name a few.
Alex holds an MBA in Global Strategic Management from Boston University and two BSc. degrees in Management and Psychology. He is a certified Trainer and Master Coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Master Practitioner of ‘Creating your Future’© Coaching Process, LAB Profile Practitioner and Level II Practitioner of Spiral Dynamics.
